Description of Welding Positioner
This welding positioner, also called welding positioning equipment, is mainly used for some special structures, construction machines, small round workpieces, and more. And it mainly consists of a working table, turning device, overturning device, electricity-conducting device, stander and electric cabinet. Its working table is driven by the turning device with 6 T-style slots to ensure workpieces strictly fixed on the working table.
Its turning device is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, and a swing set. And its overturning device mainly consists of an electric motor, cycloidal gear speed reducer, worm wheel speed reducer, and semicircular gear.

Maintenance of Welding Positioners
1. Rotating movement of worktable
Worktable can be rotated in the arbitrary direction of its own plane, so the operator can operate and weld at the same time. The transmission process of rotating structure is: Cycloid reducer Arc gear cylindrical worm rod reducer Small gear, Slewing bearing-- Worktable. The rotating speed of worktable is 0.05~0.5rpm, and adopts the AC frequency conversion speed regulation. The transmission structure of arc gear cylindrical worm rod reducer has the function of self-locking. So after worktable has inclined, the range of load bearing has confirmed, and the eccentric distance is
within the corresponding range, worktable can not turn by itself. Load bearing eccentric distance is limited by the magnitude of load bearing, the smaller load bearing, the bigger eccentric distance.
2. The inclined movement of worktable
According to the specialties of work piece, worktable can incline and turnover at 0 º~90º, which can stop and move in the arbitrary position within the range, and the terminal position of inclined angle is controlled by stroking switch. The transmission process of inclined structure is:-- Two-stage
worm gear and rod reducer small gear and big gear-- Worktable. The inclined speed of worktable is 0.5rpm, the worm gear and rod transmission structure has the function of self-locking, and the motor has the brake function. Within the rated range of load bearing, worktable can not incline and move automatically, the height between center-of-gravity of load bearing and worktable is limited by the magnitude of load bearing. The smaller load bearing, the bigger center-of-gravity distance.
3. Electricity Control
Electricity adopts the method of centralized control, whose operation button switches are all on the control cabinet, and the rotating speed is adjusted by AC frequency changer. There are four kinds of indication of the control switch, such as, positive direction rotary, reverse direction rotary, rotary stop and adjustment. The turnover angle of worktable is 0~90º, which can turnover upward and good reliability.
Features of Welding Positioner
1. Our welding positioner has employed frequency conversion speed regulation system to change its running speed.
2. The stepless speed regulation is adopted to make this positioner easy to control and cheap to maintenance.
3. Semicircular gears are equipped on both ends of the output shaft of the overturn device.
4. One end of the electricity-conducting device is connected with the swing set, and the other end has an electricity-conducting shaft. The electricity-conducting shaft is linked with the working table so that the welding current can be directly transmitted through the working table.
5. The box-shaped stander possesses high loading capacity. And it is made up of Q235-A steel which has undergone annealing and finish machining treatment, thus successfully avoiding the welding stress deformation.
Slewing bearing
Slewing bearing is the force basic element of machine, which requires relative rotation between all two parts and bears axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time.Its basic function is to use bolts to fix it on the upper and lower supports of mechanical equipment to transmit force and drive so as to realize the relative rotation between the two parts of mechanical equipment.Rotary support generally has installation holes, internal or external gears, lubrication holes and sealing devices. 1). Reverse gear
Generally, the turning angle of the turning gear is 0 °to 90 °. The function of displacement is achieved by turning the table.
2). Reverse gear
Gear is a wheel like mechanical part which transmits the torque by the engagement of teeth. Through the transmission with other toothed mechanical parts (such as another gear, Dao rack and worm), the gear can change the speed and torque, change the direction of motion and change the form of motion.
Reducer
The reducer is a kind of power transmission mechanism, which uses the speed converter of gear to reduce the rotation number of motor to the required rotation number and obtain a structure with large torque.
Function of reducer:Reduce the speed and increase the output torque at the same time. The torque output ratio is multiplied by the motor output deceleration ratio, but it shall not exceed the rated torque of the reducer.At the same time, the inertia of the lo.ad is reduced to the square of the deceleration ratio.
