Description of H Beam Welding Line:
This H beam welding line, also called H beam steel structure production line, is specially used for welding assembled H-type beams, I-type beams, and T-type beams automatically. So our H beam welding line is also called I beam welding line, or T seam welding line.
We have now two kinds of models: double-column beam automatic welding machine and gantry type automatic welding machine.
Our H-beam steel structure line is based on the strip cutting machine, and it has economical and practical CNC functions. It can be used to process both the straight plates and the irregular ones. Besides, the beam of this welding line has been bended, welded, and annealed in order to eliminate its inner stress. So it is stable, rigid, and difficult to deform even after long-time use.
To ensure its stable and reliable performance, this H seam welding line has used many components from internationally famous brands, such as servo motor, reducer, decompression valve, gas pipe, solenoid valve, cutting torches, etc.
Automatic H Beam Assembly Machine
Introduction:
The H beam assembly machine is applicable to different kinds of H beam steel such as symmetry, dissymmetry, eccentricity and variable cross-section assembly and spot-weld. Adopting twin direction automatic centering unit, can automatically accomplish steel plate centered fixing, no need manual adjustment. And using three groups of wing plate and web auto hydraulic grip structure, solving the problem of tall-wiggling during web feeding.

Gantry Welding Machine
Description:
The gantry welding machine is widely used welding equipment. This machinery usually uses submerged arc welding. And when the machine is in welding work, it is appears that the work piece is fixed while the portable frame moves.
There is also frequency timing equipped as gantry frame, with welding torches at each 2 groups of guiding column on the beam.
The thirds main device is the electric dynamo driving that used to adjust shifting up and down.
More over, there are also manual adjusting device to adjust shifting left and right, and leading arc device do mechanic tracing to welding seam. This can greatly approve the efficiency for it automatically recycle the flux and save labor.

H-beam Flange Straightening Machine
Description:
This H beam flange straightening machine is widely used in welding works for the purpose of correction of the steel flange and straighten the flange plates. In the welding process, when the H beam is in the process of welding and heating, the flange plate must be bent and transfigured. This flange straightening machine has a large scope of application and powerful working capacity. There are hydraulic drift rollers in the front and back of the main machine.

Shot Blasting Machine
Description:
This shot-blasting machine using rolling path can continuously operate. It is a kind of automatic ball blasting device. This machine is mainly used in clearing the rust oxidized shin of H-beam, steel plate, steel pipeline. And it can smooth the beam surface and makes the steel easy to paint.
Our sand blasting machine can transports the work piece by trolley in double way, which makes the machine in the high efficiency. In addition, the sand blasting machine uses chromic steel plate that can protects the machine and can extent the using time.
